Good - the courtesy with which I was spoken to, the interest the GP took in my "problems" and his concern that I was happy with his proposed action. Receptionist are always very courteous and helpful. Room for improvement. I feel it should be easier to get an appointment to see a GP nearer to my choice of time.

I was seen more or less on time and Dr Deatz was hit usual pleasant, efficient and helpful self.

Doctor had pleasant manner, took what I said seriously, suggested what to do for improvement. Overall, consultation was good. Waiting in the queue on arrival at reception was slightly longer than I would have liked.
